Our Production
The Smart Labels Factory is fully equipped with Modern Computerized Woven Label Machines with well-known Brands such as MEI, Bonas, J Click…etc. In addition to these Machines Smart Labels recently purchased two Muller MBJ 06 Machines from Jakob Muller in Switzerland. Our Staff has been trained in the operation of the Machine in Frick, Switzerland.
PACKING
Smart Labels have trained Staff to meet any challenges in Label folding. Currently, the Packing department is equipped with technologically advanced Folding Machines operated by well-trained, experienced staff. We undertake any type of folding including Centre folding, Miter folding, End folding and Heat cut. In addition, we use the latest Technology of Ultrasonic slit which gives extra comfort to the garment.
DESIGNING
The design of a Woven label plays a significant role in the Woven Label Industry. At Smart Labels we believe that the importance given to designing will produce accurate designs, giving more value to the design and the ability to identify the product. Therefore our Design Department is equipped with well-experienced Designers who produce innovative designs to match our Customer’s satisfaction. Our 4 Software s including the MUCAD Software from Jakob Muller, Switzerland enable us to give the best end product to our Customers. Our Staff has been trained in the operation of this Design Software in Frick, Switzerland.
STORES
Smart Labels maintains a large stock of Yarn of more than 30,000Kg. It includes more than 1500 Colour variations and our Suppliers are able to match any Colour according to our valuable Customer’s requirement.
DELIVERY
Our well trained Staff are ready to deliver the Labels to the Customer on time which is 100% secured. The delivery occurs more than twice a day from Dankotuwa to Colombo and also overseas delivery occurs at any time of the day to any part of the world. Our fleet of Two -wheelers, Three- wheelers and Four -wheelers gives additional support for our well experienced delivery Staff without any setbacks.
